Les migrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s font partie des groupes les plus d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s au sein des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs de l’Union europ\u00e9enne. Depuis leur enfance, ils n’ont souvent pas les m\u00eames chances de d\u00e9veloppement personnel en raison des barri\u00e8res linguistiques, du manque de soutien et des possibilit\u00e9s r\u00e9duites d’acc\u00e8s aux cours dues aux examens de comp\u00e9tences ou au permis de s\u00e9jour comme conditions pr\u00e9alables \u00e0 l’inscription.<\/p>\n
Dans la D\u00e9claration de Paris de 2015, les ministres europ\u00e9ens de l’\u00e9ducation ont r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 leur engagement en faveur d’une \u00e9ducation inclusive, qui constitue une porte d’entr\u00e9e importante pour l’inclusion sociale. Par cons\u00e9quent, les migrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre aid\u00e9s \u00e0 assurer leur pleine participation \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, une bonne \u00e9ducation et la transition vers le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu comme une bonne pratique par la Commission europ\u00e9enne en 2017 pour lutter contre le d\u00e9crochage scolaire.<\/p>\n Dans de nombreux pays europ\u00e9ens, les jeunes migrants ou issus de minorit\u00e9s ethniques n’ont pas de mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans des domaines d’avenir tout au long de leur carri\u00e8re professionnelle, ni dans leur famille ni dans leur milieu \u00a0social. Si tant est qu’ils en aient un, ils ont tendance \u00e0 suivre des formations professionnelles et \u00e0 occuper des emplois traditionnels, car eux et leurs familles n’envisagent pas d’autres options pour diverses raisons.<\/p>\n Il est donc essentiel de proposer aux jeunes des tuteurs issus de leur propre communaut\u00e9 ethnique qui les accompagnent sur la voie d’une formation professionnelle et d’une carri\u00e8re professionnelle r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n Le tutorat fonctionne comme une strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 aider les personnes, en particulier les groupes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s, tels que les ch\u00f4meurs, les jeunes et\/ou les immigrants, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs chances professionnelles et \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir dans la vie. Il s’agit d’un instrument visant \u00e0 donner \u00e0 ces personnes la confiance, les ressources et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour qu’elles puissent r\u00e9aliser leur potentiel.<\/p>\n Dans le cadre du projet 3STEPS, les besoins des enseignants\/tuteurs ainsi que des jeunes adultes issus de la migration ou ayant un statut de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9, jusqu’\u00e0 l’\u00e2ge de 25 ans, seront pris en compte en fonction de leur situation ou de leurs ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents respectifs. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qu’un certain nombre de personnes issues de l’immigration ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre en retard en termes de comp\u00e9tences de base\u00a0 par rapport \u00e0 la population locale. Par cons\u00e9quent, afin de combler ce foss\u00e9, une organisation autrichienne travaillant avec les migrants (Verein Multikulturell) a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une approche holistique combinant l’acquisition de comp\u00e9tences en lecture, en \u00e9criture, en calcul et en informatique avec des activit\u00e9s additionnelles de d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n Le programme d\u2019\u00e9ducation fondamental implique :<\/p>\n Cette m\u00e9thodologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre dans le travail avec les migrants et les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s depuis 2016 dans la r\u00e9gion du Tyrol, en Autriche. Les jeunes ont suivi les cours pendant 3 \u00e0 6 mois, avec 80 % des \u00e9tudiants ayant obtenu de bons r\u00e9sultats en am\u00e9liorant leurs comp\u00e9tences \u00e9ducatives \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires et en d\u00e9veloppant leurs capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n Cette approche holistique doit \u00eatre davantage adapt\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins et aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s par les enseignants de tous les pays partenaires participant \u00e0 3STEPS, dans le but de soutenir le travail des enseignants et de fournir un cadre plus complet pour faciliter l’int\u00e9gration sociale des \u00e9l\u00e8ves issus de l’immigration et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n Ces deux pratiques doivent \u00eatre renforc\u00e9es afin d’\u00eatre introduites dans les \u00e9coles en tant qu’outils habituels pour soutenir les enseignants dans leur travail avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves issus de l’immigration. d\u00e9crochage scolaire pr\u00e9coce. 3STEPS envisage de soutenir \u00e0 la fois les enseignants et les jeunes issus de l’immigration en tenant compte de leurs besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, des It has been proven good practice by the European Commission to tackle early school leaving in 2017<\/span>\n\nIn many European countries migrant youths or young people from ethnic minorities do not have any role models in future-oriented fields throughout their job careers, neither within their families nor in their social contexts. If at all, they tend to take up traditional job trainings and jobs, as they and their families do not consider other options for various reasons.<\/span>\n\nTherefore, it is considered crucial to offer youngsters mentors from their own ethnic communities who accompany them on their way to a successful VET and job career.<\/span>\n\nMentoring works as a strategy for helping people, particularly disadvantaged groups, such as unemployed, young people and\/or immigrants to improve their professional opportunities and succeed in life. It is an instrument to provide those persons with the confidence, the resources, and the skills needed to live up to their potentials.<\/span>\n\nWithin 3STEPS-project the needs of teachers\/trainers as well as young adults with migration or refugee background until the age of 25 in accordance with their respective contexts or backgrounds shall be encountered. It has been identified that a number of persons with migrant background tend to lag in terms of their basic skills compared to the locals.
